Q: How long till my package gets here?
A: Once sent, we use USPS First Class shipping. Within the US, this shouldn't take more than 2-5 business days once delivered. International packages may take longer. Please refer to your tracking #.
Q: Can I track my package?
A: Of corse! A tracking number should be sent to the email you provided at checkout 1-2 days after it's delivered. PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 10 DAYS FOR YOUR PACKAGE TO BE SHIPPED. I usually ship packages within a week of their placement but I may take up to 10 days due to holidays, me being away, heavy order traffic, etc.
Q: Can you say hi to Gibby for me?
A: Yes. Of corse. I get "can you say hi to Gibby for me?" as a note when placing a order frequently. I get various notes asking different things but if you have a question concerning your order, please reach out via email instead on the contact page.
HANDMADE ITEMS:
While items that are handmade will not look exactly like the sample picture, a good quality product is ensured to arrive the given postal address.
RETURNS/REFUNDS:
RETURNS: If you accidentally order something in the wrong size, color, etc, and I still have your wanted item in stock, contact me and I can likely swap the item out unless it has already been shipped. If you want a return after your item is already shipped, I can do so, but the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.
REFUNDS: Unless I messed up on my end and delivered the wrong item, wrong size, don't have something in stock, etc, refunds are not issued.
